CPVC Rin Pack is a pre-compounded material designed for the extrusion and molding of CPVC pipes and fittings. It is formulated to meet the specific requirements of CPVC processing, ensuring optimal performance and durability of the final products.

Rinpack® is an advanced, pre-engineered blend of essential additives formulated for specific end-use applications. It incorporates stabilizers, lubricants, titanium dioxide, antioxidants, processing aids, impact modifiers, along with other performance-enhancing additives. When mixed with the base resin, it transforms the raw material into a ready-to-process compound.

This formulation offers a broad processing window, improves manufacturing efficiency, and helps reduce overall production costs. Rinpack® also enhances final product performance and enables high filler acceptance, supporting calcium carbonate loading of up to 100 PHR in selected applications without compromising quality.
